Toohey Reid have three main focuses when completing work for our clients: Service, Quality and Opportunity.
Service is achieved through prompt attention to your work. When we receive your work we coordinate with you to ensure you receive your completed work within a reasonable amount of time. On commencement of your work we will provide you with a date upon which we anticipate having your work completed. The completion date is calculated anticipating no major problems are experienced with your work and that all queries are answered by yourself, or a third party (where required), promptly.
Work undertaken by Toohey Reid is completed following our detailed quality assurance procedures. With the significant, recent and continued changes enacted by the government and the Australian Taxation Office our quality assurance checks have expanded considerably. As part of our service we consider not only those areas which have immediate implications but also those which may, in due course, effect you. By regulations imposed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia (ICAA) we are required to retain detailed records in relation to each job. At a recent review by the ICAA we were rated by our reviewer within the top quartile of accounting firms reviewed by him for our quality assurance.
As well as helping you to comply with the laws our procedures are also designed to identify taxation and business opportunities for you. Any opportunities identified will be promptly communicated to you and we will assist you to act upon them.
