Attention business owners! ASIC has announced that there will be fee increases for lodging common documents for new and existing companies, as of July 2017. This increase occurs annually, in line with the Consumer Price Index.
Here’s a rundown of the increase in fees this year:
Increased Late Fees
One of the biggest changes put in place this year refers to late fees for companies who fail to submit their annual review on time. If payment is received as late as one month after the due date, there will be an additional fee of $78. If payment is received as late as two months after the due date, a fee of $323 will be incurred.
